SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TERMS

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. Orders will be delivered as soon as possible on the same day, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Standard Delivery: For all other locations, orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered the next day (no specific delivery time).
  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid contact number for the receiver when placing an order.
  • Failed Deliveries: If the receiver is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will be returned, and additional charges will apply for redelivery. Similarly, changes to the delivery address after dispatch will result in additional charges.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

We strive to deliver the exact floral arrangements shown on our website. However, as these are natural flowers, availability may vary, and certain flowers or arrangements might not always be in stock. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar items of equal quality and value, ensuring the overall theme and aesthetic are preserved.

SECTION 5 - INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for inspecting the flowers and arrangements upon delivery in the presence of our delivery team. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. Once the delivery is accepted, no claims for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained.

SECTION 6 - REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
  • Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as non-delivery due to issues on our end.
  • Refunds or claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the delivery attempt and will be reviewed by Rosabella Boutique’s management.

Prices for products and delivery services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at any time.
